The Family Learning Center in Boulder
BOULDER, COs May 18, 2009 — A Huge Success! RED (Renew, Energize and Donate) Day, is an annual Keller Williams Realty service initiative dedicated to improving our local communities.
For weeks, agents with Keller Williams Front Range Properties in Boulder collected non perishable items from area neighborhoods, clients, businesses, friends and family. On May 14th (Red Day) agents delivered a steady stream of grocery bags in to the Keller Williams training room at 3005 Center Green Drive. Each bag was weighed, and then sorted among two Boulder charities, EFAA & The Family Learning Center. At the end of the day truckloads – over 4,000 pounds of non perishable goods - were delivered to the two charities!
The incredible generosity of the community & Keller Williams agents was overwhelming. Plus the friendly competition between agents was quite contagious. Agents Betty Shubert and Melinda Blyth waged a close race until the final weigh in. Melinda’s total donation came to a staggering 847 ½ lbs to garner the title.
Kay Bellhouse, Team Leader of the Boulder Office stated: “This is what Keller Williams is all about! People helping people build and provide for their community. The greatest happiness is in giving….and we will continue doing just that every year!”
Mega Agents Join Keller Williams Realty Office In BoulderColorado
BOULDER, CO: May20, 2009 — Janet Thompson & Kirsty Daviau, a Mother/Daughter team, who relocated from London, England to Colorado in 1991, have joined the Keller Williams Realty office in the Boulder Market Center.
“We’re excited to welcome Janet & Kirsty to the Keller Williams Realty family,” says Kay Bellhouse, Team Leader of the Keller Williams Boulder office. “This company succeeds through its people, and having successful & highly qualified professionals like The Thompson Team on our team is a huge win for us.”
Serving Boulder County and the surrounding areas, the Thompson Team has built a tremendously successful career working for both buyers & sellers. “When working with a buyer it’s a joint effort to find the right home for the right price. When working with a seller it requires a great rapport between the sellers and their agent to live through the stress of selling a family home. This is especially important in these difficult times when a family might prefer not to have to move.”
Kirsty and Janet’s expertise and advanced certifications rank them at the top of real estate professionals. Both hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, which is held by less than 4% of all Realtors in the country. Janet has also earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation – the highest designation awarded to sales associates. And Kirsty recently attained the Eco-broker certification.
Clients will be hard pressed to find Realtors with more enthusiasm or positive attitude. They love what they do and it shows. Janet says “People trust us with their single most valuable asset. It’s a responsibility we take very seriously. We give 110% because we know that their success is our success.”
The Keller Williams Boulder Office, located at 3005 Center Green Drive, Suite 100, Boulder, CO, and has 137 associates. We promote an agent-centric business model that focuses on cutting-edge training, profit sharing and wealth-building opportunities.
